Given that the current "Plan Nomadi" being developed by City of Rome, based on what emerged from the advances of the press, according to Amnesty International include "multiple violations of human rights" against the Roma / Sinti;
that as they are designed in that Plan Nomads " fields are sites of segregation, humiliation and the limitation of fundamental freedoms and thus must be rejected in the very concept of Roma as a field is foreshadowing;
that the real solution of the suffering endured by the Roma and Sinti people through their inclusion in programs social intervention to ensure that all their members access to the right to a real home;
Given that, the high hand, to the Roma and Sinti people across Europe are denied, and especially in our country, the right to any form of stable life, through a process of forced nomadic preventing the enjoyment of fundamental rights and is the primary cause of the sufferings of the people, and that, therefore, In this context, the principle of hospitality and the right of residence should be considered paramount over all other considerations. commits the President, if it is established in the plan nomads "the location of a Roma camp in the territory of the Municipality, to propose a suitable area to the City of Rome and possibly central in Municipality of Rome XVI, for the placement of a settlement that, by limiting the damages in connection with this model
